We recommend booking at least a week ahead when possible, especially during peak season — but don't let that stop you from reaching out! Many of our jobs are claimed within just a few hours, so it's always worth submitting a request even on short notice.

If we're unable to find a nanny for your booking, your booking fee is fully refunded — no questions asked.

It's rare, but if it happens we'll immediately work to find you a replacement so your plans aren't affected.

Absolutely! Return clients are always welcome to request a specific nanny. For first-time families, we encourage you to trust our team — every nanny we work with is background-checked, CPR certified, and genuinely wonderful with children. If you have specific needs or preferences, just note them when booking and we'll do our best to match you well.

Every nanny is background-checked, CPR and first aid certified, and personally water-safety briefed by our founder. We select for warmth and reliability, not just credentials.
